public class SoftArrayList<T>
extends java.lang.Object
implements java.util.List<T>

An arraylist storing its contents using SoftReferences. A dead reference returns null, therefore storing null as an explicit value is not allowed. The user should call "garbageCollect" on a some what regular basis to make sure the dead wood gets cleaned out. However iterator(), removeAll() and retainAll() also do a garbageCollect prior or after the operation.
